Did anyone else look out of their bedroom window with baited breath today, hoping to utter those sacred words ‘Snow Day’?! We had a light dusting near us but just not quite enough to justify staying at home and pulling on our hats and wellies for a day of fun…I’m keeping my fingers crossed it will happen soon!
After last week’s rather jazzy nail offerings, this week is a slightly more muted affair. My base colour is Sharp Tailoring by Ciate. Described on their website as ‘a shimmering oyster beige’, this is a classic muted grey tone with a little bit extra in the form of a subtle golden shimmer (which I’m not too sure my photos managed to pick up.)
I love a grey nail and this is now a firm favourite in my collection. Once again, I was really impressed with the coverage and staying power of the Ciate formula and I am currently on Day 6 with only 1 chip which I did trying to get a staple out of the wall #teacherproblems
I wanted to add a little bit of nail art detail so attatched two silver studs on my ring finger and thumbs. Sealed with a generous layer of Seche Vite, these decals have stayed put brilliantly and are showing no signs of budging either.
