I feel slightly cheeky posting this as a ‘recipe’ as even the least able cook would be able to make this dish! They are however very tasty and visually appealing, and there is something quite luxurious about these beautiful little mottled eggs.
Simply boil these eggs in a pan for about two and a half minutes then run under cold water and allow to cool before peeling.
In a bowl, pour in a good serving of celery salt and some smoked paprika.
Mix the two then sit the boiled eggs on top et voila…
See, told you it was simple!
